A company built around the smallholder farmer
Top Farmer Solutions Limited imports, distributes and markets modern farm inputs. We partner with manufacturers that use advanced technology and facilities, register every product with the regulator, and test it in Ghana before we ask a farmer to trust it. Our aim is a complete package: a stress-free farming experience and healthy crops.

The problem we solve
Farmers face high prices, low use and late delivery
Cost
A 50 kg bag averaged GHS 392.80 in 2023, while farmers said they were willing to pay GHS 205.00.
Low use
Ghana applied about 28.9 kg of fertilizer per hectare in 2023, against the African Union target of 50 kg.
Delivery gaps
In mid-2026 the Peasant Farmers Association reported late delivery of subsidised fertilizer in several districts.
Bulk
A 50 kg sack of granular NPK is heavy and costly for a smallholder to carry and store.

Both certificates were issued by the Pesticide and Fertilizer Regulatory Division (PPRSD/PFRD) on 20 October 2026 and run to 20 October 2028.
